The performance of this cable comes from three material-level breakthroughs that distinguish it from ordinary aluminum cable:
The production process refines the grain structure of the aluminum alloy. Finer, more uniform grains increase strength and ductility at the same time, giving the conductor better fatigue resistance under repeated bending and thermal cycling.
A uniformly distributed "second phase" within the metal acts as a dispersion-strengthening network. This improves mechanical stability and helps the conductor hold its shape and electrical contact over decades of service.
Rather than simply casting aluminum, the conductor uses a different preparation principle — combining rare earth treatment with controlled alloying — so the final wire performs closer to the engineered specification instead of varying batch by batch.
Manufacturing and testing are aligned with recognized national standards for power cables, including:
GB/T 12706.1 — Extruded insulated power cables and accessories for rated voltages
GB/T 31840 — Aluminum alloy conductor cables for rated voltages
Compliance with these standards ensures the cable meets defined requirements for insulation, construction, and electrical behavior across low- and medium-voltage ranges.
