Is rare earth aluminum alloy cable safe for long-term use?

Yes. The conductor is engineered for creep resistance, corrosion resistance, and flame-retardant behavior, and it must be terminated with a proper copper-aluminum transition connector to prevent electrochemical corrosion at joints.

Does it really replace copper?

In many distribution applications, yes. Aluminum alloy cable has been a mainstream copper replacement in developed markets for decades, provided the correct connectors and installation practices are used.

What voltages does it cover?

The family spans low-voltage applications (such as 1 kV and 3 kV) up to medium-voltage ranges (6 kV to 35 kV), following the relevant national cable standards.
